Shipping policy

Misumi Kaizen Express, the Logistics Division of the Misumi Kaizen OÜ Group will be the appointed logistics partner who will solely arrange the end-to-end logistics fulfillment of your order through one of its contracted logistics service providers based on the type of shipping service selected.

Shipment Delivery Lead Time is the number of days it takes for the order to arrive starting from the day Misumi Kaizen Express has successfully arranged for the order pickup from our distribution centres or actual product vendor.

Please be noted that the delivery time time varies depending on the delivery address of the buyer, the pickup address of the distribution centre / product vendor and the working days of the assigned logistics service provider that Misumi Kaizen Express has contracted to fulfill your order.

For items shipped from overseas, once our distribution centre or product vendor has arranged for shipment, it will be delivered to you within 9 - 100 days*, depending on the type of shipping service selected. Days calculation excludes public holidays and assigned courier service provider non-working days.

We will proceed to validate your credit card or demand for the full upfront amount of the order / or applicable booking fee upon order confirmation. Once we are ready to process the booking and / or ready to ship the order, we will proceed to make a sale transactions on your credit card or demand for the full remaining amount due. Upon successful payment receipt, we will subsequently issue out a Booking Confirmation ID and / or Tracking Reference ID that you can track with, as well as the necessary supporting procurement documents separately by courier in parallel to allow you to arrange for the necessary inward customs clearance and payments of VAT, duties and / or taxes due in advance.
